FAQ

Straight answers.

What counts as an enrollment?

A client who signs with you and whose first program payment, the first draft, clears. The exact definition goes in our written agreement before we start.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, directly to the ad platform, in your own ad account. Our fee is separate and only applies to cleared enrollments.

How much do you charge per enrollment?

It’s set per partner. On the first call we look at your numbers. On the second, we bring a structure that works for both sides.

Is there a retainer or management fee?

No. No retainer, no management fee, no % of ad spend. Everything is in writing before we start.

How do you count enrollments?

In your CRM, the same place you count them, and we reconcile together.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?

You. Ads run in your accounts, and the pixel, audiences, creative and call data stay with you if we ever stop working together.

Do we have to drop our vendors or mail?

No. Keep what works. You can run us alongside vendors and mail until the numbers say otherwise.

Do paid ads even work in debt relief? Aren’t the platforms strict?

They are strict. Debt ads have restricted targeting and tougher review, so the ads themselves and the conversion data we send back do the targeting. That’s what the Lead-to-Enrollment Loop is built for.

What about compliance?

Ads run under your name, and nothing goes live until you approve it. We don’t write promises your program can’t keep, and we don’t work with firms that charge fees before settling a debt.

Are you an agency?

Not the kind you’re thinking of. No account managers or junior media buyers. Our founder builds and runs every campaign, and we take on a few floors at a time.

Do you work with law firms?

Yes, attorney-model debt resolution firms with a sales floor.

Do you work with tax relief, MCA or loan companies?

Not under Results1st. We only work with debt relief floors.

How fast will we see enrollments?

It depends on your ad accounts and your floor. New or restricted accounts sometimes need a warm-up before they can spend the full budget. You’ll get a realistic forecast on the second call.

I’m looking for help with my own debt. Can you help?

We’re a marketing company for debt relief firms, so we don’t work with consumers. Please contact a licensed debt relief provider or a nonprofit credit counselor in your state.
