Results1st Media is a marketing company for debt relief firms. This policy explains what we collect through results1stmedia.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company details (company name, website, your role, company type, number of closers, revenue and monthly spend) and the answers you give us. We also record how you reached the form, such as the referring page and any campaign tags in the link.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, schedule calls and run those calls. We also use it to work out whether we’re likely to be a fit for your company.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and handle inquiries:

• Cloudflare, for hosting, email, bot protection and privacy-friendly analytics.
• GoHighLevel, as our CRM, once connected.

We don’t sell your information

We don’t sell personal information.

Text messages

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, we may text you about your inquiry and scheduled calls. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to talk with you, work with you and keep normal business records. When we no longer need it, we delete it.
