How it works

You pay for enrollments. That’s it.

Here’s exactly how billing works, what we do, what your floor does, and how the first few months go.

Billing

How billing works

Retainer
$0
Management fee
$0
% of ad spend
0%
Per enrolled client whose first draft clears
A set fee, agreed in writing

You fund the ads directly with the ad platform, in your own ad account. We bill only for clients who enroll and clear their first draft, counted in your CRM, the same place you count them. The fee is set per partner on our second call, once we know your numbers: what a file is worth to you, what you pay per enrollment today, and what you plan to spend.

  • Cleared Billable
  • Cancelled before first draft Not billed
  • No-show / unqualified Not billed

No file, no fee.

Who does what

Clear lanes.

We handle

  • Ad strategy, copy and creative
  • Campaign build and daily management, in your accounts
  • Lead forms and the qualification questions
  • Conversion tracking that sends cleared enrollments back to the ad platforms
  • A regular numbers review against your CRM

Your floor handles

  • Funding the ad accounts
  • Working calls fast (speed to lead is half the game)
  • Enrolling clients who fit your program
  • Telling us which files stuck, so the ads keep learning
  • Approving every ad before it runs

The mechanism

The Lead-to-Enrollment Loop

  1. Speak to one situation.

Every ad is written for one person in one situation, in the words consumers use on real calls. That’s how the right people end up seeing it.

  2. Qualify first.

The form asks what your closers would ask first, so unqualified leads never tie up the floor.

  3. Hand off to closers.

Qualified people reach your floor as inbound calls or live transfers, while they still want to talk.

  4. Feed enrollments back.

Cleared enrollments go back to the ad platforms through server-side conversion tracking. The ads learn what a client who stays looks like, not what a form fill looks like.

  5. Mine the calls.

What people say on calls becomes the next round of ads and form questions.

Debt ads have restricted targeting and stricter review. That’s why the creative and the data we send back do the targeting.

Getting started

From first call to full budget.

  1. Numbers call.

Fit and economics. We don’t quote a price on the first call.

  2. Structure call.

We come back with the per-enrollment fee and a forecast built on your numbers.

  3. Build.

Tracking, forms and first ads. Nothing runs until you approve it.

  4. Warm-up.

New or restricted ad accounts sometimes need time before they can spend the full budget.

  5. Scale.

Once cost per enrollment holds, budget goes up, together.

Compliance

Built for a regulated industry.

  • Ads run in your accounts, under your name, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
  • No consumer promises your program can’t keep. No “cut your debt in half.”
  • We don’t partner with firms that charge fees before settling a debt.
  • Your data stays in your CRM and your ad accounts.
